*Limited spots available to prospects. Participants who join The Beam Network within three months of the offsite will receive a discount on their first-year membership fee equal to the price difference between the member and non-member rates for the offsite.

MEET THE SPEAKERS
LINDSEY TAYOR WOOD
FOUNDER AND GENERAL PARTNER, THE HELM
We're delighted to welcome Lindsey Taylor Wood to our Offsite in May!
Under Lindsey’s leadership, The Helm has grown to include two venture capital funds with over 30 portfolio companies, a 175+ woman angel syndicate, and a newsletter readership of 50K.

Prior to her work at The Helm and LTW, an impact agency that worked with HNWs, Family Offices, and talent on gender lens philanthropic strategies, Lindsey was involved in various initiatives aimed at promoting women's rights and well-being. Her contributions to projects such as Catapult, a crowdfunding platform for girls and women, and campaigns addressing conflicts in Central Africa underscore her commitment to creating positive social impact. Lindsey's diverse background, spanning from broadcasting to NGO work, reflects her multifaceted approach to advocacy and her passion for driving meaningful change. Through her relentless dedication and tireless efforts, Lindsey continues to be a formidable force in the fight for gender equality and women's empowerment.
MEET THE SPEAKERS
ELINA TEBOUL
EXECUTIVE COACH, THE BEAM NETWORK
Elina is a highly experienced executive coach with a background in investment management, psychology and law. She holds a B.A. in economics from New York University, an M.A. in psychology from Columbia University, a J.D. in law from Columbia Law School, and coaching certifications from the Columbia Coaching Certification Program and the International Coaching Federation. With a passion for social entrepreneurship, Elina has served as a global philanthropic project adviser for the Allan & Gill Gray Foundation and currently mentors young creatives as a member of the Soho House community.

Drawing on her legal expertise and psychological training, Elina has created an innovative course on “Positive Lawyering" and has authored a forthcoming book, “Feminine Intelligence," on how women can leverage their strengths and values to create impact. With her personal background as a mother and spouse in a family investment office, Elina brings a unique perspective and empathy to her role as coach for The Beam Network's Cornerstone Coaching Pilot.

ALISHA FERNANDEZ MIRANDA
EX-CEO, AUTHOR AND MOTHER
Alisha is the author of My What If Year, featured on Good Morning America, CNN, MSNBC, NPR and as one of People’s Best Books. She is the host of podcasts Extra Shot with Alisha Fernandez Miranda and the award-winning Quit Your Day Job.

Alisha also serves as chair and former CEO of I.G. Advisors, a social impact intelligence agency that consults with the world’s biggest nonprofits, foundations, and corporations on their philanthropy and social initiatives.
A graduate of Harvard University and the London School of Economics, her writing has appeared in Vogue, Marie Claire, Insider, Romper and Huffington Post. Her debut novel, Unrestricted Giving will be released in 2025. Originally from Miami, Alisha currently lives in Scotland with her husband and children.
