About Us
At The Beam Network we’ve built a community of high net-wealth women who want to feel connected, knowledgeable, and confident in the management of their wealth and finances.
When you have the right information, the right support, and the right team behind you, it’s transformational.
“This is the first time I’ve looked at our portfolio reports… beyond incredible! I feel like a different person. This has opened up lots of thoughts and ideas.”
- Beam Network Member
Our members come for the financial knowledge and stay for the community.
CO-FOUNDERS
Our own personal experiences in wealth management frustrated us. It’s taken decades for us to find the right advisors, the right education, and the right tools to feel empowered enough to manage our wealth in a way that meets our goals.
Along the way, we realised there wasn’t a place where women wealth holders can support each other and learn to take charge of their wealth and finances.
We created The Beam Network as a safe, nurturing, and fun community for you to become a more confident architect of your financial life.
“As women we often feel we lack the knowledge, confidence,
or incentive to take the first step. We felt we needed to disrupt the status
quo and build a business for women investors, by women investors.”
- Bertha Morales, Co-founder of The Beam Network

OUR VISION

Women are confident, supported, and empowered to engage
fully with their wealth.
Women control their financial future, which means more values-aligned investing and more money put to work to make the world a better place.
Women collectively advocate for a more inclusive, gender-balanced, and equitable finance industry.
“We want women to have the confidence, knowledge and tools to take charge of their financial futures. We’re proud to be part of a bigger movement supporting the financial literacy of all women and closing the financial gender gap.”
- Ana Morales, Co-founder of The Beam Network

“After my divorce, I thought, ‘as long as I can live off my money that’s fine.’
Now I want to know more. I want to do more.
[Since taking The Beam Network's Foundations course,]
I’ve already changed how I invest, moving more to impact.”
-BB, London
We have built a safe, nurturing, and fun community for you to become
a confident architect of your financial future.
Our model is simple:
EDUCATION. ENGAGEMENT. EMPOWERMENT.
We built the solution we needed. Our members are our peers, and we know first-hand that world-class speakers, presenters, financial instruction and an unmatched community of like-minded women can be a catalyst for personal and financial change.

“Taking The Beam’s Foundations Course was a great experience.
I dreaded finance. Where do you learn these things?
Now I feel I can ask my advisor smart questions and shape the portfolio I want.
And the women I met were amazing, they actually made it fun.”
