The third annual Beam Retreat will take place at Viesca Toscana, a historic estate once home to Salvatore and Wanda Ferragamo. Nestled among olive groves and cypress-lined paths just outside Florence, the property embodies a perfect balance of heritage, nature, and tranquillity.

This year’s theme, The Renaissance Mindset – Women Redefining Legacy, draws inspiration from Florence, a city that sparked centuries of creativity and transformation. Together, participants will explore what legacy means today: how we shape it, live it, and share it.
