Roarie Scarisbrick:

Partner, Property Vision

Roarie Scarisbrick has been working at Property Vision LLP for nearly twenty years as a buying agent. He is consistently listed by Spears Magazine amongst the top buying agents in London (see extract below).

Roarie has seen Property Vision evolve from being a private limited company, to a wholly owned subsidiary of HSBC Private Bank, and back to a limited liability partnership following a successful MBO in 2012. Roarie is a partner of the business which is owned and managed with seven other partners, with a total staff of 27 across London and the country.

Roarie has a Master's degree in Art History from the University of St Andrews. He has attended executive education programmes at Harvard Business School in Boston and London Business School. He is a regular commentator on London property matters in the world press.

Since joining Property Vision, Roariehas acted for a global client base advising buyers on prime central London acquisitions. He is a regular traveller to Asia and has an impressive contact list.

Dr Martina Pacifici: 

PhD. Senior Associate, Sustainability Lead

Martina is Sustainability Lead at ADAM Architecture, an architectural practice leader in traditional architecture and urban design. Her aim is to lead the practice to deliver the most sustainable design, by improving the designed buildings’ energy performance and mitigate their carbon footprint. Martina is experienced in building and urban dynamic energy modelling, thermal comfort, data-driven environmental design and sustainability consultancy.

Martina studied Architectural Engineering at “Sapienza” University of Rome and earned her Doctorate degree at “USP” University of São Paulo, Brazil, in Civil and Urban Construction Engineering. Her doctoral thesis was focused on the study of the energy and environmental performance of the built environment, from the building to the urban scale. Her research addressed the study of the interdependencies between urban morphology, building energy performance and urban climate.

Martina is BREEAM Advisory Professional certified and a reviewer for science journals including Sustainable Cities and Society.
