An expanding, highly entrepreneurial company working primarily remotely, we aim to be a powerful catalyst for social change: an investor-led women’s network that works with the finance industry to promote more inclusive, sustainable economic opportunities.

We are embarking on an exciting stage of growth, with an ambitious strategy to cultivate, expand and support our global network of members.  Our team is guided by values of collaboration, transparency and continuous learning, and is committed to maximising our impact and challenging ourselves to grow and improve.

The Beam Network is looking for an experienced and proactive community and member engagement specialist to join our small team. They also look for ways to activate the network for targeted advocacy activities.

  2. At the individual member level, they are responsible for ensuring each member receives the support they need to achieve their goals, serving as a guide on their journey to financial empowerment. The Director will be an invaluable resource and confidant, highlighting opportunities for members to develop their skills and troubleshooting issues alongside them.
